No. Plouse has no keystroke logging, no screenshots or screen recording, and it never reads the contents of your files or messages. It measures the shape of your work — time and focus — not what you type or look at.

You create a team in the Mac app and share a join code. Each person installs Plouse, enters the code, and chooses what totals to contribute to the shared workspace. There’s no admin console to configure and no accounts to manage centrally.

Yes. Sharing is opt-in and stays under each person’s control. Members decide which projects and totals they contribute to the team, and personal time outside of work simply isn’t part of the shared picture.
